Healthy Ireland Benefit-4 digital core training curriculum Localworlds tailored curriculum 10 Chronically ill Pharmacy patients patient engagement with local Pharmacy digitally offer trusted advice and support to patients Patients promote their local pharmacy through its integrated Facebook API.

5. Chronically ill Patients As a chronically ill patient myself I am passionate about my local pharmacy being the front line of my HEALTH CARE and assisting me in managing my HEALTH…… I see my doctor as the front line of my SICKNESS CARE, and the the hospital ER the 2 nd line of my SICKNESS CARE.

6. Pharmacist Patient Engagement The eight hour Benefit-4 Localworlds tailored program for the Pharmacist or pharmacy assistant is critical to the Community Mobile Digital Classrooms success in creating engagement between the 10 chronically ill patients and the pharmacy trough the daily updating of the integrated Facebook API, Blog articles and products.(giving the pharmacy a reach of 1230 persons for every 10 trained)

7. Back To Work Certified Trainers The sustainability of this initiative is made possible by the progressive 2014 budget BTWEA grants subventions and tax free incentives. The FREE Fetac level 6 certification of all CMDC participants and the business mentoring given by localworlds Ltd mentors guarantees that each participant is self sufficient with three independent income streams as a tax paying registered self employed person

Summary The FIT / Localworlds Pharmacy Community Mobile Digital Classroom Initiative Uniquely integrates all stakeholders in Health, Communications, Inclusion, Training, Certification, Sustainability and Employment as a model that is being replicated in other niche areas like the Native Woodlands Benefit-4 Project.

11. Community Mobile Digital Classroom Benefit4 Projects FIT (Localworlds) The Localworlds Community Mobile Digital Classroom initiative has two primary objectives. The first is to provide digital skills training to those who are chronically ill along with over fifty five’s. These beneficiaries will be sourced from pharmacy customers from sixty local community pharmacies nationwide in consultation with the Irish Pharmacy Union. Each pharmacy will be encouraged and can be supported to teach their chronically ill customers how to use the internet. This will help them to keep up to date on all aspects of their illness using their pharmacy website along with using integrated social media groups related to their illness as a social and information support network. The second objective will be a Train the Trainer initiative for six long term unemployed persons who will be mentored over their first year in a sustainable “Start Your Own eBusiness Venture” in Benefit4 / AIB Training, Social Media Marketing Seminar Training and Affiliate Online Marketing. The Woodland League Using mobile digital classroom trainers the project will deliver training in digital technology for use in small scale, sustainable woodland management. The project will encourage the use of digital skills combining standard Benefit 4 training with traditional woodland management skills in a practical vocational environment. A database will be created which participants will have access to outside of the digital classroom. These benefits will be embraced at community level with particular emphasis on the unemployed and marginalised small farmers furtheringa co-operative approach
