7 WOBO - Transforming the Enterprise:  WOBO is an Enterprise-wide initiative  Web-enabling business processes goes beyond to scope of a grass roots effort  Executive Office must advocate this transformation - driven from top, down  Funding is required  Dedicated resources are required

8 How Do We Get There?  Obtain human and technological resources needed to move forward  Prove concept of Web-enabling Oracle applications  Establish application development methodology and standards for Web enabling applications  Enable and expand infrastructure to support electronic business processes and integration of systems  Communicate with our partners as to their data needs

9 How Do We Get There?  Develop strategy for prioritizing projects based on customer driven criteria  Continue to develop Web Project Plan  Train employees in Web technologies  Develop Web outsourcing standards  Establish performance measures for Web projects/products  Review/ re-engineer current processes to accommodate Web enabling business processes
