8 Hierarchy Entity Tree  Hierarchy includes all the units (“entities”) for the university.  We define the tree to match our needs.  Expands to show different levels

9 Entering & Editing Information  Select the cycle and unit (“entity”) from the hierarchy tree  Enter your information in the appropriate fields in each section: Common Sections: Mission/Purpose Assessment Essentials Action Plan Tracking  Attach supporting files in the Document Repository

10 Assessment Essentials Section — Overview  Enter Assessment Plans in Assessment Essentials Outcomes/Objectives Measures Achievement Targets Assessment Results  Weave it all together by adding Associations with available standards GU’s strategic plan objectives Program’s Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) Core curriculum items, External agency standards
