5 day Technical Training class each week in Dallas,TX -All potential dealers are required to send technicians to class for certification. Follow-up training classes are recommended!
2 Day Administrator Training Class Monthly -This class is designed for end-users interested in an intensive software learning experience!
Toll Free Technical Support Line-Technical support is provided to all dealers and their technicians. DSX Tech support is available from 8amCST to 5pmCST. Technicians are on call 24/7 for emergencies!
Sales Literature- Brochures, Folders, Engineering catalogs and CD’s are provided to all dealers in support of sales presentations and trade shows!
Sales Support for Large System presentations -Regional Managers will provide support to dealers for Large system applications
Advertising- Full Page advertising in many majors trade magazines including Security Management, SDM, Facilities Management. Trade show booths at ASIS and ISC West!

The DSX-1048PKG Intelligent Controller is an independent processing
8 door package designed to be a cost effective building block platform
that allows expansion in a scalable manner. Up to 8 doors can be
controlled from 1 enclosure for an efficient space saving package.

12 volt fused power output for it’s Card Readers/Keypads.
Contains an AM186 processor, 512K of RAM, 512K of Flash ROM,
Real Time Clock.
All door and field wiring connections via removable terminal blocks.
Compatible with Wiegand, Barium Ferrite, Proximity,
Bar Code, Magnetic Stripe, and Biometric readers.
Any combination of reader technologies may be used in the same system.
Compatible with over 150 different card readers/ keypads and card formats which makes it the perfect panel for
retrofits.
The DSX-1040CDM also distributes Slave Controller communication to those Slave panels located within the same enclosure. DSX-1040CDM receives RS-485 communications from a possible previous panel and
regenerates the 4 wire-RS485 to the next DSX-1048PKG.

The DSX-1040PDP Power Distribution Panel is the supervised power plant for the DSX-1048PKG Intelligent Controller.
The DSX-1040PDP houses the panel, lock power supplies, and backup batteries.
The DSX-1040PDP is comprised of a DSX-1040PE enclosure, an AS-15015V power supply for the controllers, an AS-60-[15] or [24] for either 12V or 24V locks, and a DSX-1040PDM Power Distribution Module
