3. Primary school We go to Primary school when we are 7 years old.
Finnish is our native language.
Natural science is like biology, geography, physics and chemistry together as one subject.
Handworks are quite same as textile and technical work but they are more suitable for little kids.
We study biology&geography as one subject and also chemistry&physics as one subject.

5. Secondary school Swedish is Finland’s other official language.
In home economics you cook, clean and learn how to do laundry and live healthily.
In health education you learn things about the environment and how it effects to human body.
In pupil counselling you think about your future and where you go to study after secondary school.
In social studies you learn about how does the society work, for example about the laws and election.

6. Elective subjects
You can choose which three subjects you would like to start to study in the 8th and 9th grade.
There are many elective subjects in Kuulampi school, like:
