2. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
This excel template is specific a good tool when a branch need to report fixed assets in two currencies due to that the original company has an another currency.
An other example is when a company do report in another currency than the home currency. In this cases the company needs to still to have controll of the local currency.
The template only take care of historical values, no currency conversion can be made after enter the asset.

The start is the Menu sheet. From here you will be able to cover all features in the template.

5. FIXED ASSET REGISTER Enter new investment
Following data is mandatory to enter a new investment:
Identfication nr
Part
Description
Acquistion cost local
Acuistion cost group
Acquistion date
At least one Economic Life time and Depreciation from

6. FIXED ASSET REGISTER Enter new Identity
In some cases you need to adjust economic life time after the first entry. You have the possibility to add 10 different economic life times. The accumulated adjustement due the change of a economic life time will be treated in the period when the change has been done and will be treated as depreciation.
If the asset has been sold you have the possibility to enter the sales date and sales value.

7. FIXED ASSET REGISTER Enter new Identity
After that you pushed the save button all data is saved and you have the possibility to enter the next item. If you need to do a change you have to close this sheet on the Close button, you are back at the Menu sheet.

8. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
To change an asset that already has been entered you need to push the button Open investment.

Enter the Identification and Part for the investment you want to change.

10. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
You have now the possibility to change all data except Identification and part number of course.
If you change economic life time for a period that already has been calculated the program will recalculate backward in time.

11. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
If you want to delete an investement push the button Delete investment.

12. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
After an controll question you will have the possibility to select the investment you want to delete.

You need to push the button Run depreciation if you want to make depreciations.

14. FIXED ASSET REGISTER Specify the year and month.
If you specify a period there prior month has not be calculated the program will ask you if it is alright to calculate more than 1 month.

15. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
Push Total report to get a report of all investment for a specific period.

16. FIXED ASSET REGISTER Select the Year and Month you want to see.

You will get a report the the specific period in local and group currency

Push Individual report if you want to see data for a specific investment.

20. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
This report will give all the data for a specific investment. It will of course only give you the depreciations that has been done.

If you want have a report showing all investment that has been entered in the register push the button All investment report.

If you want to see what entries that needs to be done for a specific period, push the button Journal.

23. FIXED ASSET REGISTER Select the year and month that you want to see.

24. FIXED ASSET REGISTER
The journal is divided in one part for a yearly journal and one for a monthly journal.
The yearly journal should of course only be made one time. You can of course use this every month if you reverse the journal from prior month.
Monthly journal should be used if you made one journal every month during the year.
