Other: Offer education and training Supply official comments on proposed legislation for Swedish government offices and parliament. Provide information unemployment insurance and funds. Co-operate with other public agencies

8 Pension Age and Pension Plans National retirement pension - can start to draw from 61 – 67 years of age ”National age of retirement” - 65 years of age - entitled to keep working until age of 67 Occupational pensions in collective agreements - in general may be drawn from the age of 65 Private pensions - may be drawn from the age of 55

10 Basic Insurance Max 320 SEK per day ( approx. 32 Euro) Max 300 days of compensation ( 5 days per week) in the benefit period Requirements to qualify: - Work requirement 80 hours per month for at least six months during a 12 month period - must have reached 20 years of age - must not be older than 64 years and 11 months

11 Income Insurance Max 80% of previous income but not more than 680 SEK( approx. 68 Euro) per day Max 300 days of compensation ( 5 days per week) in the benefit period Requirements to qualify: - Work requirement: at least 80 hours per month during a 12 month period - No-one under the age limit - Not older than 64 years and 11 months - Member of unemployment benefit fund for at least 12 months

13 Activity Support Payable in connection with participation in labour market programmes organized by the Public Employment Service Normally after 300 days’ unemployment, with or without compensation from unemployment insurance Min. 223 SEK per day, max. 680 SEK per day No set time limit

14 Youth Job Guarantee Program In-depth assessment Study guidance and careers advice Jobseeker activities with coaching. May be combined with one of the following: work experience for up to three months with the same employer up to six months of education assistance with starting your own business the Employability Rehabilitation Program

15 Youth Job Guarantee Conditions Registered with the Public Employment Office for at least 3 months 16 – 24 years of age Activity support or development benefit* * 142 SEK ( approx. 15 Euro) per day
