1. You will be sharing your desktop with conference attendees. Please make sure to close any applications that don’t apply to the conference. Do not use your ipad to present. Please use a laptop or desktop so that you can present your powerpoint, or Edelweiss.

4. Please use a land line, not a cell phone, for better reception. Please also do not use a speaker phone. Please be in a quiet office, free of background noise. SHHH! NO CELL PHONES! NO SPEAKER PHONES!

5. Pull up your PowerPoint or Edelweiss filtered to your titles PRIOR to logging into Zoom. We have a full day of presentations. Your allotted time is your allotted time. We can’t allow you to go over due to the volume of presentations we have to get thru each day. The time that you spend preparing your presentation after presenter rights have been passed to you, is time that you have lost to talk about your titles. BE PREPARED!

6. Please make sure to keep your presentation within your allotted time. Practice your presentation ahead of time to get your timing perfected. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.

7. When you connect to the conference, please wait to be called on to begin. We have speakers back to back, and you might be connecting when another publisher is still speaking. When joining the Zoom meeting, you will be asked for your name. In the name field, please start with your publisher name followed by a dash and your name. Example. ABC Publishing – John Smith NAME & ID
