In order to receive a rebate, your application must be accepted before purchasing your equipment. Each commercial customer is limited to a maximum rebate from the Commercial Advantage program of $100,000 per CPAU fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). http://www.cityofpaloalto.org/news/ displaynews.asp?NewsID=471&targeti d=139 Customized Retrofit Program You must be a PG&E customer. You must submit a project application. PG&E must inspect and approve the project prior to the removal of the existing equipment/systems and the installation of new equipment/systems. PG&E finalizes the incentive amounts after completing project approval. You must submit a project application. Stanford must inspect and approve the project prior to the removal of the existing equipment/systems and the installation of new equipment/systems. IT Examples: Strip- curtains ERP Express Simplified version of ERP Custom You must be a Stanford Utilities customer. You must submit invoices and disposal documents No pre/post measurement needed IT Examples: Server virtualization, desktop virtualization, UPS replacement ERP Capital Capital Improvement Projects Money received up front Require Form 1 IT Examples: Server Room Energy Retrofit, Projects >$50,000 http://lbre.stanford.edu/sem/energy_retrofit_program

Removed 33 physical servers which were converted to virtual. Standard calcs were significantly less than calculated method Infrastructure supports significantly more VMs then P2V Most P2V expected this year – these numbers will grow Not relevant since incomplete
