9. Equal Employment Opportunity Institute (EEOI) Equal Employment Opportunity Institute (EEOI) is an OSP sponsored program under NC General Statue 126.16.1 All managers and supervisors (both EPA and SPA) are required to attend Training program is a day and an half (12 hours) in length
