1. Tips on Listing Funds in Fund Centers

2. For Cost Centers  Enter S_ALR_87012610 - Assignments to Cost Centers onto the command line.  Press Enter

3. For Cost Centers  Enter the fund center into the appropriate box.  Press Execute.

4. For Cost Centers  This should show all Cost Centers associated with this Fund Center.  Press the green arrow to back out.

5. For WBS Elements:  Please enter S_ALR_87012612 - Assignments to WBS Elements onto the command line.  Press enter

6. For WBS Elements:  Enter the Fund Center into the appropriate box.  Press execute.

7. For WBS Elements:  This should show all WBS Elements associated with this Fund Center.  Press the green arrow to back out.

8. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  To have both Cost Centers and WBS Elements in 1 report, enter S_ALR_87012607 - Alphabetical List – onto the command line.  Press enter

9. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  Click on the Classification tab.

10. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  Click the green check.

11. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  Enter the Fund Center into the appropriate box.

12. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  To increase your number of results, select “Extras” from the toolbar.

13. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  Then select “User Settings”.

14. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  You get the “Maintain Users Settings” screen  Select the “Find Object” Tab

15. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  Change the # of hits to a number you may be comfortable with.  Press the green check

16. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  Select “Include subordinate classes”

17. Cost Centers/WBS Elements  This should show all WBS Elements and Cost Centers associated with this Fund Center.  Hit the green arrow to back out.
