2  A literary genre is a category, kind, or type of story.  Can you name a genre?  Do you have a favorite genre?

3 Fiction not true can include things that could happen characters can seem real or imaginary is read for enjoyment Non-Fiction is true includes facts that can be checked and proven characters are real people is read to gather information
