3. 3 The building was abandoned 25 years ago! The ground floor once was a furniture warehouse The upper floor apartments were derelict except for a conveyor belt to second floor for additional storage.

4. 4 A brave entrepreneur is invited to open a ladies vintage clothing store. Painted in peacock blues by local artist Lynda Wesley Work starts on the murals

5. 5 The finished 1 st floor Ready for business, but the upper floors still need a little work...

6. 6 The 2 nd and 3 rd floors were gutted to the walls Tons of plaster and lath were hauled away. The original stairwell skylights were preserved and made part of the interior of the top floor units. Reconfigured walls, plumbing, wiring and modern heating and cooling are installed. Debris waiting to be hauled away Plaster has to be stripped Plaster lath has to be removed New studs and walls are addedClassic skylight savedThis will become a bathroom between two bedrooms
