Project Proposal To conduct a 16 week Training Center Skills program to prepare 8 to 10 young Emirati women to set up and operate a Business “Soft Skills” Training Company. To oversee, with an Emirati female assistant, the operation of that Center for the 8 months following the training program. Key Requirement: To hire a mature, enthusiastic, Arabic/English speaking, educated Emirati woman to be Training and Management Assistant to the Program Director. Important features of the program: Very careful selection of participants (with ongoing family contact). Constant and continuous practice.
