7.  Each workplace building must have at least two means of escape remote from one another.  Fire doors must not be blocked or locked when employees are in the building.  Exit routes from building must be clear and free of obstructions and properly marked with exit signs.

8.  Each workplace building must have the proper type and number of fire extinguishers for the fire hazard.  Fire extinguishers have to be inspected at least annually.  A written emergency action plan.
