3 Non-Class Weeks Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Saturday – Sunday: Closed Class Weeks - Expanded Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Most weeks during the Spring and Fall semesters are class weeks and will have expanded hours. Please consult the Seminary calendar to determine which weeks the Library will be open longer, or call the office at 354-4800. Book Drop We share space with other offices in the Bonneval Building. If you come to the building when the GCTS Offices and Library are closed, books can be returned through our Book Drop, located by the rear Library door. Hours of Operation

7 What Can Be Checked Out? Can Check-Out Cannot Check-out O Books in the Stacks O Course Reserves O Videos and DVDs O Reference O Periodicals Copying is available at 10 cents per page. Free scanning is available.

8 Fines and Replacements Circulating Books Course Reserves O No fines are collected. O Notices of overdue items are sent to student e-mail accounts once a week. O If items are not returned after 30 days despite your receiving 3 notices, you are charged $100 to Student Accounts for replacement of book. O $5 per day O Note: If no one has put a hold an item, you can renew it on-line before it becomes overdue. Renewing instructions are on this website. Call or e-mail the Asst. Librarian if you need assistance.

9 Requesting Books from Other Libraries O Students enrolled in a Gordon- Conwell, Jacksonville degree program may request up to six library books. O Students must provide the following information: Name, address, phone, and student ID number. In addition, students must provide author, title, and call number for each book requested by copying information from the online catalog and pasting into an Email sent to one of the available libraries. O The libraries will fill requests based on availability of books and policies regarding borrowing.
