3. November 22, 2013  U.S. Bank's Access Online® will be upgrading to Microsoft Excel 2010. This change may affect users with older versions of the software, precluding them from downloading their standard reports.

4. What to do prior to November 22, 2013…..  Confirm your version of Excel. If you have Excel 2000 or Excel 2003 –Upgrade for free –Download the Service Pack from the Microsoft Download Center: – http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/default.aspx. – deadline for upgrading is Thursday, November 21st. – Contact Microsoft Support - (http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/) with any technical questions. – Access OnLine users who are unable to or who choose not to upgrade will not be able to download reports after November 21st.
