Who has sorrow? Who has contentions? Who has complaints? Who has wounds without cause? Who has redness of eyes? Those who linger long at the wine, Those who go in search of mixed wine. (What good and godly reason is there for drinking alcohol?) –How do I reconcile this with the Bible’s condemnation of wine and strong drink? –Have I thoroughly studied the subject or have I just assumed social drinking is OK because I enjoy it?
