3. En punto To say “It is one o’clock” you say “Es la una” To say any other hour you say “Son las [hora]” Examples: 9:00 = Son las nueve. 10:00 = Son las diez. 3:00 = Son las tres

4. En punto You need to use “la” and “las” with time because you are taking about “la hora” which is feminine. For midnight you say: “Es la medianoche.” For noon (midday) you say: “Es el mediodía.”
