3. 2 The Interview Comprises 2 parts: –Individual interview with two interviewers –Short essay Title to be given at the interview Opportunity to meet with current students at 1.15 on each interview day AW 2

5. 4 Overview of the Course 2 year post grad professional qualification –5 modules per semester over 2 full years –Core staff + additional input from practising SLTs, other departments or medical staff 4 strands of study: 1.Supporting disciplines e.g. psychology 2.Language pathology 3.Research project 4.Clinical practice AW 4

6. 5 Clinical placements Clinic 1 (Semester 1) –Visiting aphasia scheme - weekly –Creche observation session –SLT and Audiology observation sessions Clinic 2 (Semester 2) –1 day per week for 10 weeks Clinic 3 (Summer block 1) –5 weeks full time Clinic 4 (Semester 3) –1 day per week for 10 weeks Clinic 5 (summer block 2) –5 weeks full time Travel necessary AW 5
