Program Overview The one-year full-time Operations Program focuses on our rapidly changing Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO) business. Specifically, CTO provides the back office support for JPMorgan Chase and our customers as well as a wide range of services and business management support. JPMorgan Chase’s CTO functions provide both broad and deep experiences, from client servicing and support to shift management and statement processing. As an Analyst in the Operations Program, you will have an opportunity to learn the back-office operations functions that support the CTO business, with priority being placed on delivering cost-effective operational excellence through continuously enhancing our processes and controls. The program develops a pipeline of talent for the vital operations and infrastructure areas of JPMC’s CTO business area. This program provides an excellent opportunity to learn the inner workings of a major financial services institution, while building a highly valued and transferable skill set along the way. CTO has numerous sites across the US, making travel and potential relocation flexibility essential. The Operations Program is part of the broader OMST Entry Level Training and Development Program. Direct placement program in CTO, within the broader Treasury & Securities Services line of business 12 months of training and development support provided by the Program First 3 months of intensive “bootcamp” followed by initial placement into your assignment Analysts, Business Managers and the Program Management team work together to determine assignments Analysts are exposed to breadth and depth of the CTO business Analysts are eligible for over-time based on business need Outstanding network of peers in the Operations Program as well as broader OMST Program Analysts may be placed on various shifts, work non-traditional schedules (e.g. to include weekends), and relocate if required by the business Candidates MUST SELECT ONLY ONE location when applying online: Dallas, TX or Columbus, OH (for “bootcamp” portion of program). Candidates may be required to relocate upon completion of “bootcamp”, based on the needs of the business. Program Experience The Operations Program is a unique combination of facilitated, self-paced, and on-the job training and development opportunities with real world business experience. With the support and guidance of the program, Analysts gain exposure and experience to tools and techniques for managing and driving their own careers while learning and applying real business skills to their assignments. Analysts are aligned with a Development Manager, who acts as a coach and mentor, and participate in robust, comprehensive upfront and ongoing professional and business-skills training during their time in the program.

Once you successfully complete “bootcamp”, you’ll begin your assignment, where you’ll be working on real processes and/or projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program develops a pipeline of talent for the vital functional areas that are aligned with the firm's business infrastructure. As a result of the rotational experience, you will have an excellent grasp of the opportunities available to you, a good idea of where your career interests are, and a highly visible profile. The MS Program is part of the broader OMST Entry Level Training and Development Program. Rotational program providing analysts with 3-4 intra- or inter- line of business assignments typically 6-9 months in duration Cross Line of Business Rotational track - analysts rotate across major lines of business and corporate functions for 24 months, focusing on strategic business initiatives, process reengineering, and project management. Primary rotation sponsors include Investment Bank Operations, Treasury & Securities Services, and Asset Management, as well as corporate functions. Inter-line of business networking opportunities are provided for analysts in addition to core OMST training. Post-rotational placement opportunities occur between months 21-24 and are based in locations and line of businesses supporting the program Private Bank Rotational track- analysts rotate within Private Bank Shared Services for 24 months, focusing on project consulting and business analysis across the investments, banking, credit, and fiduciary businesses. PB specific training provided for analysts in addition to core OMST training. Post-rotational placement opportunities occur after 24 months and are based within Private Bank Shared Services. Program Experience There are two distinct areas within Technology: Business Technology and Infrastructure. Business Technology is about building and designing new business functionality, while Infrastructure focuses on our core operating systems, running the data centers, desktop, networks, mainframe and distributed servers that enable applications to deliver the firms services to external clients. Roles are numerous and varied; here are some examples of the opportunities available: Business Systems Analysts - You will work within a team that will identify, assess, and record near-term business needs, recommend business priorities, document business requirements, and provide insight on options, risk and cost vs. benefit. You may be involved in project management, documentation, design specifications, test analysis, user training and even final implementation. Application Development Analyst – You will design, develop, code, test debug, and document programming applications to satisfy requirements of one or more user areas. You will translate business and technical requirements into technical application specifications. You may also be required to modify application code and develop reporting capabilities.
