Foster 2 Admin. “No” HW will be assigned this week so that you can study for your Mid-Term on Tuesday October 17 th, 2006 Please do not be late for your exam – class room doors will close promptly and you will not be admitted once the exam begins (no exceptions) Professor has posted office hours to assist students, but “Cutting and Pasting” HW assignments and Reports, which is Plagiarism (chapter 1, page 41) will not be tolerated under any circumstances NJIT Code of Conduct I. Article 1 Introduction Section 1. Purpose 4. The essential quality of this Code is that each student shall demonstrate honesty and integrity in the completion of all assignments and in the participation of the learning process. This Code defines those behaviors which violate the principle of academic integrity, describes a range of appropriate sanctions for offenses, and identifies the method for promoting the principle of academic integrity on campus.

Any solutions to assignments/exams/projects presented for credit must be work created on your own. Plagiarism, cheating, or any other anti-intellectual behavior will be dealt with as per the NJIT Honor Code. In the instance that a student’s work appears to be a derivative of another’s, both will receive zero credit for the work and will be referred to the Dean of Students. There will be NO exceptions.
