4 DEPARTURE DAY. Friday 11 th December 2009 University House Car Park (car park 16) Get there for 3:30PM Departs 4PM - The coaches WILL NOT wait!!!!! PASSPORT IN HAND LUGGAGE 9 coaches- exec and rep in charge of each London pick-up at Hatton Cross at 6pm Dover pick up at 8pm

5 E-TICKET. Very important Document Contains all the important information that you will need to know for your trip You will need to bring it with you in order to board the coaches on departure READ IT CAREFULLY!

6 LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE Luggage allowance - 1 soft shell suitcase no more then 50x50x1m and one item of hand luggage Ski and Snowboard Carriage- You will only be allowed to carry skis on board if you have already paid the £10 carriage charges. 1 ski bag per person weighing no more than 20kgs. Boots must not be carried on separately and must be contained in your main bag Carriage charge not paid = skis/boards left in car park 16!!!.

7 CAR PARKING. 100 Parking Spaces Car Parks 16, 6 & 2 Email your name, email address, registration number to tourenquiries@warwicks now.net, subject: parking First come first served! Deadline: 6PM Tuesday 2nd December.

8 THE JOURNEY. Very Long Bring DVDs, food, pillows etc. Alcohol will depend on the driver, however, no glass bottles allowed If you’re sick, you clean it! Supermarket stop at bottom of mountain, where you can stock up on food and drink cheaply (all apartments are self catered with kitchen facilities)

9 ARRIVALS. Saturday afternoon (around 1PM) Get into rooms, unpack, wash etc. Explore area Get your hire If you are travelling by yourself, arrive any time on Saturday 12th and call Tom on +33 622 843 209 when you arrive. Key cannot be guaranteed before 5PM. El Gringos bar. Meet in reception from 9.30PM to be escorted up by reps.

10 LESSONS. Sunday morning is first day of 6 day lift pass. Lessons meet at 9.30am in hotel reception where a rep will walk you to the Rond Point des Pistes for lessons from 10am-12pm. Following days, meet at 11.45am at the Rond Point des Pistes for lessons from 12pm- 2pm.

11 THE HOTEL. Pierre et Vacances Temple du Soleil 3* French hotel Ski in/Ski out Spar supermarket and take-away pizza on site Please RESPECT hotel and its staff QUIET AFTER 10PM - IT IS THE LAW Anyone found breaking the law will be fined.

12 HELP ON TOUR. Contact details in Bible Emergency contact on Wristbands Exec and Rep ‘TEAM WARWICK’ Hoodies/Off The Piste jackets Nightly room rounds - report any problems Any serious injuries MUST be reported Office Hours TBC. Will be in OTP information booklet.

13 HEALTH AND SAFETY. On The slopes: SKI BUDDIES SAFETY GUIDELINES - wear helmets, Keep a mobile phone with you at all times, Off piste Warm Clothing In Resort: RESPECT RESORT AND HOTEL NOISE (after 10pm) NO STEALING!

14 IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS EHIC - www.ehic.org.uk Check passport validity Visas INSURANCE If you haven’t purchased Off The Piste’s insurance, please e-mail a copy of your policy, including all important phone numbers along with your name and uni number to tourenquiries@warwicksnow.net, subject: insurance, by Friday 4 th December.
