Does this multiple review process lead to better decisionmaking?

5 Topic #2: What role did the Supreme Court play in determining “sound science” in Massachusetts v. EPA and Whitman v. American Trucking Association ? How does the Court view its authority and role in doing so? Is it desirable for the Supreme Court to determine what constitutes “sound science”? Why or why not?
