Welcome to the BCC Libraries Pathfinder created by Kimberly J. Hall 1601.505 Reference Resources and Services Dr. Marilyn Shontz, Rowan University Spring 2003.

The libraries of BCC - at Pemberton and Mount Laurel - are important resources for students. Each library contains resources in a variety of formats to supplement classroom learning. The collection of materials in the BCC libraries includes books, as well as videos, magazines, audiotapes and cds.

In addition, many resources can be accessed off campus via the library's web page:

The purpose of this Pathfinder is to identify major resources on William Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Materials were selected with a view to availability, relevance and usefulness. Critical studies and interpretations, reference books and guides, bibliographies and indices, international publications are included. Some standard reference works published on William Shakespeare are also featured in the section Reference Books.

The Pathfinder attempts to cover the full spectrum of resources available in the BCC system but focuses on an annotated list of print, media, and electronic reference sources of primary interest to Shakespeare scholars. CD-Roms and other electronic resources are included listed under Print and Electronic Indices and Resources.

Books can be accessed by Author, Title or Subject in the computer catalog. Books that have call numbers that begin with A-M are located on the third floor. Books with call numbers that begin with N-Z are located on the second floor. Enter “Hamlet” or “Shakespeare, William” in the title keyword field or the subject field.
