It consists of : Level 4 : Business Process Flow Level 5 : Operational Process Flow Level 6 : Detailed Process Flow Business Process Flow (Level 4) Derived from the component of Core Processes, it is a sequence of cross-functional activities required to produce and provide a specific service or product. Operational Process Flow (Level 5) A sequence of activities carried out by individuals or team within a functional group to produce and provide a specific service or product. Detailed Process Flow (Level 6) A sequence of detailed, step-by-step task and activities within specified functional area to produce and provide a specific service or product.
