4. Traffic “tube” surveys monitoring commercial vehicle traffic were done on weekdays from 8 A.M. to 11 A.M. and 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. Goals and Problems Continued With the Port of Houston’s (Pasadena) Bayport Terminal now underway, we will see an increased number of commercial vehicles moving through our city.With the Port of Houston’s (Pasadena) Bayport Terminal now underway, we will see an increased number of commercial vehicles moving through our city.
