3 MBS MenuReminders  On-line Registration:  Deadline for registering is 30 September 2014 after which a late registration fee of up to £200 will be charged  ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY  And is likely to be checked  Office Hours  Go and see your lecturers

4 MBS MenuReminders Changing optional course choices:  Instructions are available via the MBS UG intranet  Co-requisites: you must take these courses as well  Pre-requisites: you must have passed at 40% or more (not a compensated fail)  Choose your courses by 3 October 2014  Can’t always guarantee your chosen option – there may be timetable clashes Choosing seminar groups:  Move from ‘ holding seminar / workshop ’ to the slot of your choice

5 MBS Menu The overall mark for a programme is a weighted average of the overall marks for different years of the programme For the BSc (Hons) in Accounting 3 year programme, the weightings are: –Year 1: Zero –Year 2: 33% –Year 3: 67% Degree Classification – Weighted Average The overall mark ranges for determining final class are: · for class 1, not less than 70.0%; · for class 2i, less than 70.0% but not less than 60.0%; · for class 2ii, less than 60.0% but not less than 50.0%; · for class 3, less than 50.0% but not less than 40.0%.
