4 Contents: Computer Operating Total sessions: 08 Contents: What is computer How does it work (introduction to different inputs/outputs) Types of computers Usage of a computer Different types of operating systems Programs or applications of operating system Different features and functions within the operating system Note: the opening session will need to be the introduction/ice-breaking session.

5 Contents: Office Program Total sessions: 20 Contents: Word Processing – 12 sessions: Creating and saving files Typing (special focus on tricks & techniques of typing) Selecting of a letter/word/sentence and making desired changes Introduction to the menu bar and all of its features Shortcuts Proofreading (spell/grammar check) Working with tables (creating, editing, adding/removing row/column) Alignment options Coloring, watermarking Printing

6 Contents: Office Program Contents: Spreadsheet – 4 sessions: Introduction to worksheet and excel Creating a worksheet and saving it Introduction to different features available (overview of menu bar) Formatting options Different calculations Different formulas Printing worksheets Real life use of worksheets (expense calculation, etc.)
