2  Windows 7 Professional or Windows 2003/2008 Server  No competing http Services (Tomcat6 will provide web services on server machine)  Must have Visual C++ 2010 Runtime Redistributable installed  Brower Requirements  IE 11 Officially Supported  Popup Blockers Turned Off  Latest Adobe Flash Installed

3  Download Site Installer from http://eisuite.nwcg.gov and run it http://eisuite.nwcg.gov  Must have administrator privileges to install  Initial setup requires user to create initial e- ISuite Database and initial admin user/Account Manager  Admin User must set up e-ISuite user accounts (either manually or via user import file)

4  Initial Incident setup can be done manually or via ROSS Import or Data Transfer  Requires Data Steward Role  Does not have to be done on Server machine  Cannot be done using Admin User account  Does not have to be done by CTSP (Team decides who does this – could be Plans or Finance)

5  Account Manager performs 2 major functions in e-ISuite  User Account Management ▪ Add, Update, Delete User Accounts  Database Management ▪ Copy/Create/Delete/Merge Databases (can have up to 5 separate Databases on a Site Installation) ▪ Auto and Manual Database Backup ▪ Database Restoration from Backup ▪ Database (and Site) Password Recovery Tools

6  No Client Installations  LAN Connectivity to Server Required  Client machines need Adobe Reader (or equivalent pdf reader) installed  Internet Connectivity Not Required for Site  Browser Setup Requirements  Latest Version of Adobe Flash  Turn off Popup Blockers  May need to encourage users to use F11 Function Key for Full Screen Mode in Browser  Browser must have Javascript Enabled

7  Add/Delete/Edit Incident (Incl Acct Codes)  ROSS Import (Requires NAP/ROSS Acct)  Financial Export (Requires DMS Acct)  Data Transfer to/from e-ISuite Enterprise  Could be performed by different Sections  Finance could Edit Incidents and do Financial Exports  Resources could do ROSS Imports

8  Performed by Data Steward  Transfer and/or Sync data between Site and Enterprise – Requires NAP/e-ISuite Acct  Transfer Incident from Enterprise to Site  Transfer Incident from Site to Enterprise  Sync Data between Site and Enterprise  Basic mechanism is a special file transfer between Site and Enterprise

9  User Account Management  Database Management  Data Steward  ROSS Imports  Financial Exports  Edit Incidents  Transfer Data to/from e-ISuite Enterprise
