2 Delivering services in secure and detained settings. Healthcare teams in prisons/detention centres should achieve hepatitis B vaccine coverage of over 80% for all eligible prisoners/detainees received into the establishment within 4 weeks from arrival date. Healthcare teams in prisons/detention centres should achieve an uptake of hepatitis B testing (HBsAg) of over 30% for all eligible prisoners/detainees. 3 Ambition. Optimise current testing delivery with a view to achieving 100% roll out of ‘opt out’ testing across the secure and detained estate.
