3 Elements Drama’s elements meet the interests and needs of every child. By using participation in the performing arts, drama develops the life skills in students necessary to answer the challenges of our time. Drama provides children with the important values in life skills, social skills, communication skills, work ethic, along with a sense of self-worth and individuality.

4 In Conclusion Drama builds reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills Drama is a bridge of understanding between students and the text Drama creates an excellent foundation for writing exercises Drama helps students develop the confidence they need to speak clearly and thoughtfully in front of others Drama allows students to enter a world of exploration, examination, questioning, creativity, questioning, and reflection
