10 Strengths AMR believes that Sierra Leone is a mineral rich country, largely unexplored. The company has established strong links at local various chiefdoms and at a national level. AMR has title to a number of prospective areas in Sierra Leone for gold, platinum and diamonds which are being explored and developed. AMR has extensive experience of working in Sierra Leone and has put together a local team of experienced management, exploration and mining staff. This has allowed the company to make rapid progress in advancement of several of the projects under its control. AMR acquire, investigate and locate some of the prospective areas in Sierra Leone for bedrock and alluvial gold and kimberlite diamonds. AMR operates two new mines: A gold mine in Laminaya which show average grade of 2.2gr/ton and and a diamonds and gold mine in Nimikuro which show average grade of 1gr/ton for gold and 0.3ct/ton for diamonds. AMR recently commenced exploration for kimberlite-hosted diamonds and quickly located a two kimberlite dykes the Fiama EXPL. 6.2t of decomposed dyke material/alluvium from the first 900 meter of the exposed dyke was processed. Results demonstrate that the dyke is, indeed, diamondiferous. In total 27 stones were recovered, including six of gem quality, up to a maximum weight of 2.02ct value $440/ct.  AMR is negotiating for 2000 KM² of gold license with proven bedrock and alluvial gold deposit. The deposit consider to be the source of most of the known gold in Sierra Leone.

11 Sierra Leone: A New Era of Progress
Politics Sierra Leone at a glance” Peace Accord signed in UN peacekeeping presence fully wound down in December 2005. Vibrant democracy with President Koroma having been elected in 2007 in ‘free and fair’ election. Local government outside Freetown is headed by 12 paramount chiefs. The UK Government, The EU, World Bank are all committed to long term support of the Government and the democratic process. British IMATT and DFID mandates run to 2012 Population: 6.3 million Area 72,000km2 Capital: Freetown (1.2m pop.) GDP: $4bn (2007 est.) GDP per capita:$600 (2007 est.) Real GDP Growth: 7.0% (2007 est) Inflation: 11.0% (2007 est) Official language: English. International memberships: UN, AU (African Union), Commonwealth Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), African Devlopment Bank (AFDB), Mano River Union Economy The country’s main economic sectors include mining, agriculture and fisheries. Grid electricity is unreliable, but new hydroelectric projects underway. Mobile phone coverage in most population centres and main roads. Plans to enter single currency in 2010 with ECOWAS countries – convergence criteria such as budget deficit and taxation limits may bring better governance. Legal Legal System: Mixed (Common Law / Customary Law). Independent judiciary and constitutional law. Mining laws: Exploration licence: exclusive prospecting, usually issued for three years, with two possible renewals for two years each, although area reduced by 50% on each renewal. Mining lease – mining operations for up to 25 years. Artisanal mining licence – up to 10 hectares for three yrs with renewal possible. Small scale mining – total operations of up to 103 acres for three years with renewal possible. In addition, production sharing agreement (usually on 70/30) required with local Chiefdoms.

Risk Sierra Leone has known many years of civil wars and uprisings since it became an independent nation on April 27, 1961. We think Sierra Leone is entering a new era of political stability. We are excited to participate in the rebuilding of this extraordinary beautiful country. Advantage The local government system is based on chieftaincies and patrilineal descent. A good working relationship at local level is essential for the smooth running of exploration and mining projects. The company has established particularly strong links with local chiefdoms and at national level.

13 Gold occurrence Greenstone belts in Sierra Leone are known to contain gold, Rivers and streams draining these areas may also carry alluvial gold.   Alluvial gold was first discovered in Sierra Leone in 1926 in the northern Sierra Leone and several alluvial deposits were worked on a small to medium scale. Later systematic mapping and prospecting activities by the “Government Geological Survey” established the existence of gold in the following localities within the granite-greenstone terrain of Sierra Leone: 1. The Sula Mountains area including Lake Sonfon, Maranda and Yirisen. 2. The Kangari Hills area especially Baomahun, Makong and Makele. 3. The Nimini Hills. (AMR) 4. The Loko Group belt in the Kamakwie-Laminaia area, northern Sierra Leone. (AMR) 5. The Gori Hills in eastern Sierra Leone. (AMR)    AMR acquire full scale gold mine equipment worth $1m including: 40t/h washing plant, 2 excavators, 3 trucks, 2 loaders, D6, generators and more.

14 Gold introduction Loko group gold mine
AMR's work to date has concentrated at the Kambala 2000 km² area and at the Loko Group greenstone belt area. At the Loko group a number of discrete greenstone belt outliers are mapped, many of which appear to have a direct relationship to known alluvial gold deposits. In 2007/08 AMR completed a program of systematic exploration pitting, trenching & bulk sampling at the gold licenses. The exploration program shows multiple bedrock locations as well as indicated and inferred alluvial gold deposits. At the beginning of 2009 AMR started to operate small scale gold mine at the Loko group which shows grade of more then 2.2g/ton. Loko group gold mine Gold resource summery: Indicated: 93,000 oz. Inferred: 591,311 oz. Estimated: 1,545,890 oz. Total: 2,230,201 ct.

16 Diamond occurrence Nimikuro diamonds mine Nimikuro diamonds mine
The Sierra Leone's diamond fields are concentrated in Kono (Koidu), Kenema and Bo Districts and are mainly situated in the drainage areas of the Sewa, Bafi, Woa, Mano and Moa Rivers. Diamondiferous Kimberlite dykes and pipes occur in Koidu, Tongo, Fiama (a resent AMR discovery) and Nimikuro (AMR area).    In AMR's licenses significant historical diamonds discoveries were made , including stones of 74ct, 42,ct, blue and red diamonds and 152.6ct worth US$4m which is one of the largest ever found in Sierrn Leone. Petra Diamonds and Stellar Diamonds recently reported over their kimberlite dykes investigations trial mining is now in progress, with 1200ct being produced at grades of ct/t.   Diamondiferous kimberlite dykes and pipes of Mesozoic age, trending 070°-074°, occur in the east of the country, at Koidu, Tongo and Fiama (a recent AMR discovery), and new discoveries of narrow northwest- trending dykes are reported from the north and west of the country. 17 Diamonds introduction
Medium scale gold and diamond mine in Nimikuro. One of the most productive area in Sierra Leone for gold and diamonds. AMR located two Kimberlite dykes in new and unknown diamonds locations in width of more than 1 meter. Excavation by AMR was carried out on the dykes at four locations to depths of meter covering about 900m of strike. The dyke is an extension of one of the six known Kono kimberlite dykes. The findings prove that all kono dykes and pipes extend into north Fiama. Primarily results from the dyke shows grade of 3.05ct/t with value of $440/ct and points to commercial potential.    6.2t of decomposed dyke material/alluvium from the first three trenches was processed. Results demonstrate that the dyke is, indeed, diamondiferous. In total 27 stones were recovered, including six of gem quality, up to a maximum weight of 2.02ct. Development of kimberlite pipes of significant size at Fiama is also possible, given that such pipes have been located and mined along strike to the southwest. AMR believes that the north Fiama concession contains six kimberlite dykes and undiscovered pipes.. AMR believes that the Nimikuro concession contains 4 kimberlite dykes and undiscovered pipes. 20 Platinum introduction
AMR holds an exploration license (EXPL) covering a 9.98km2 area in the northeast of the Peninsula mountain range. The mountains in the southwest of the EXPL contains the hard rock deposits. Investigation in the early 1990s by Peninsula Mining and General Services Ltd included closely spaced rock chip sampling along cut lines and river courses perpendicular to the strike of the rocks. Samples were sent to Lakefield Research of Canada where they were assayed for Au, Pt and Pd. A total of 166 rocks were analyzed out of which 65 contained less than the detection limit of 20ppb for each element. 101 rocks show measurable amounts of precious metals ranging up to 530ppb Pt, 110ppb Pd and130ppb Au. The Pt and Pd anomalies lie close to each other but slightly separate. Pt/Pd ratios are reported to average 5.5 within the main mineralized zone, which is unusually high by world standards (the Pt/Pd ration in the Bushveld Complex in South Africa averages ). Gold appears to be structurally controlled. Licence contains Platinum Group Metals and gold.

21 Social responsibility
AMR developed a social responsibility program within Sierra Leone to support AMR's partner's communities in the Company's areas of operation. AMR is the largest private sector employers in Sella Limba and Fiama Chiefdoms Sierra Leone. The Company supported the following local community initiatives and programs during : Building and maintaining roads serving Fiama and Sella Limba communities. Developing the educational sector in remote areas of the country. Establishing two computers schools at Fiama and Sella Limba chiefdoms. Utilize local labor and expertise to the maximum degree possible as a means to social development and in the interest of good working relationships. Providing aid to poor villages by supplying rise.
