5. Combining the strengths of UMIST and The Victoria University of Manchester Who Does What? Host Prepares the meeting room and attends the meeting as a facilitator. Typically a member of T&L team If required, can be seen and heard. Can enhance Participants’ rights, e.g. to broadcast their own audio and video. Deals with any problems while Presenter ‘gets on with it’!

6. Combining the strengths of UMIST and The Victoria University of Manchester Who Does What? Presenter Prepares content for meeting. The main speaker - can be more than one at a time. Broadcasts audio and video if required. Shares content with Participants via different screen layouts.

Participant Can see and hear Presenter By default, can transmit own audio and video only if Host/Presenter gives permission.
