3 Students should receive formative feedback on their portfolio submissions

4 Truman should offer one-credit hour seminars for students who want help assembling and reflecting upon their portfolios

5 How many one-hour portfolio seminars should we require?

6 Truman should adopt a common framework for critical thinking for use in the first-year experience

7 Truman should do more to make reflection and deliberation a part of our liberal arts culture.

8 Truman should institute a first-year writing- enhanced interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary seminar.
