5. Dracut Public Library The public library is currently under construction. Below is an image of what the new building will look like! The front part is actually the old building that used to house the library, and the back part is the new multi-million dollar renovation.

6. The History of Dracut goes ‘round and ‘round! Dracut used to be the home of The Forest Park Carousel. The carousel was built in 1910 and was, for many years the highlight of the town of Dracut

Dracut is becoming quite a busy town~ Dracut, MA used to be a quiet, farming town, but with Boston located so close … Dracut is becoming very busy and extremely populated with hundreds of new houses and lots of new schools going in every year.
