Currently at Skyline Design in Chicago, a decorative architectural glass studio and manufacturer. Design development & brand managing the 2009 Neocon Gold award winning Botanica ™ Collection to Sales and marketing for the New York A & D community. Works closely with such firms as Gensler, NBBJ, Perkins & Will, and Cannon Design. History, Classical Studies and Art History (BA) from Loyola University at Chicago, Spent time at Loyola’s John Felice Rome Center studying Roman and Etruscan Art and Architecture and Italian. MFA in Studio Art from Northwestern University, Taught Foundations for Interiors at Harrington College of Design, including Chicago Architectural History and 3D Design.

7 Architectural Drawing in Rome Course Offerings: –ARTI 392: Interior Architecture Study Abroad 6 hours – Studio/Seminar –ARTI 480: History of Furniture & Interiors I 3 hours – Lecture –ART 497: Independent Study 3 hours – Studio/Seminar All students register for a total of 9 hours

8 Curriculum 1.Focused studio time, informed by readings, presentations & discussions. 2.Daily structure: A.Given readings and resources for each site visited. B.Discussion of the site, with emphasis on architecture, materials, and space as related to history and culture C.Studio time at the site. Emphasis on hand drawing media, complimented with digital tools.

Interview required. Minimum GPA: 3.0

42 POST-APPLICATION STEPS  If you don’t have a passport, apply as soon as possible Interview Nomination process Accepting your nomination Registration with ISA and medical clearance form for ISA Orientation Education Abroad requirements Health information form; request for accommodation if applicable HTH health insurance Registration with US embassy Copy of US passport and flight itinerary to Professor Wojtas ISA requirements Travel Responsibility & Release Code of Conduct Medical History Health Clearance. You will be working with both Ohio University and ISA as it is a jointly-offered program, and must complete important paperwork and requirements for both entities!

43 COST AND PAYMENT DEADLINES Student Budget Worksheet Tuition, program fee, and administrative fee will be billed to your OAK account June 10. Program deposit of $500 will be due March 28. Passport ($140) should be purchase immediately (available at www.travel.state.gov). www.travel.state.gov During spring quarter, you will need to purchase round-trip airfare and any medical bills associated with medical clearance form, and required and recommended immunizations and vaccinations.
