General Maintenance (Fix & Repair) – Exist Bldg.’s & Systems within normal life cycle (Does not include repair or replacement of: furniture, academic equipment, carpet, painting in non-public space, renovations, facility upgrades) Grounds – Maintain existing landscaping, Hardscape (i.e. roads & walks), Snow Removal, Exterior litter removal Custodial – GF Facility cleaning/sanitation – (Not House Keeping) Public Spaces every day (Lobbies, Corridors, Restrooms) Private office/spaces – 2 X per month Vacuum, trash removal from central containers
