Where to send the case reports Almost all journals publish case reports Some journals are especially designed for this purpose Clinical Nuclear Medicine After selecting the journal refer to its information for authors Each journal has its unique format for case reports

Informed consent If by any chance the patient can be identifies informed consent should be taken Always cover or blur the eyes of the patient in the photographs

Structure of case reports Refer to the information for authors section of the journal Usually contains Introduction Reporting the case Discussion These sections can be or not be identified actually
