4 ALMA MATER STUDIORUM – UNIVERSITA’ DI BOLOGNA MULTI-CAMPUS – FORLÌ CAMPUS The Campus of Forlì - the first result of the decentralization process - starts its in 1989 with the establishing of the degree programme in Political Sciences (International Political Sciences specialization) and with the founding of the Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators. Faculties : POLITICAL SCIENCES ECONOMICS ENGINEERING (SECOND FACULTY) ADVANCED SCHOOL FOR INTERPRETERS AND TRANSLATORS (SSLMIT)

5 ALMA MATER STUDIORUM – UNIVERSITA’ DI BOLOGNA MULTI-CAMPUS – CESENA CAMPUS Academic activities in Cesena started in 1989 as well; Today the University seat of Cesena is characterized by predominantly scientific academic offerings and coordinates the activities of three locally-based Faculties (Architecture, Engineering II and Psychology) and of other decentralized degree courses from the Faculties of Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Mathematical, Physical and Natural Science, all based in Bolognaatural Science, all based in Bologna Faculties : AGRICULTURE ARCHITECTURE ENGINEERING (SECOND FACULTY) VETERINARY MEDICINE (CESENATICO) PSYCHOLOGY MATHEMATICAL, PHYSICAL AND NATURAL SCIENCES

6 ALMA MATER STUDIORUM – UNIVERSITA’ DI BOLOGNA MULTI-CAMPUS – RAVENNA CAMPUS By targeting the cultural activities and the opportunities offered by the local territory, the Campus of Ravenna represents an excellence point for its studies related to the cultural heritage, the environment and the environmental quality, but also in business law, in the relations with Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean Countries and, more recently, in the territorial planning and urban designing. Faculties : INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY (FAENZA) CULTURAL HERITAGE CONSERVATION LAW ENGINEERING MEDICINE MATHEMATICAL, PHYSICAL AND NATURAL SCIENCES

7 ALMA MATER STUDIORUM – UNIVERSITA’ DI BOLOGNA MULTI-CAMPUS – RIMINI CAMPUS The first university activities of Rimini Campus start in 1972 and developed as a whole in the 1980s, with a main focus on tourist and IT for business. In the following years, other Faculties are here established, thus realizing an excellent campus at a national level. Faculties: ECONOMICS STATISTICAL SCIENCES PHARMACY ARTS AND PHILOSOPHY INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY GYMNASTICS AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES MEDICINE EDUCATION SCIENCES

8 ALMA MATER STUDIORUM – UNIVERSITA’ DI BOLOGNA Internationalisation Internationalisation is one of the core policies of the Strategic Development Plan of Unibo Iternational courses: 28 – International Bachelor and Master courses (joint double or multiple degrees) - 11 of them held in English (Agricultural Science, Economics, Engineering, Chemistry and Mathematics) International Programmes: in 2009, 88 projects submitted, 91% more than 2007; Erasmus Mundus Action 2 best success in 2009: 10 projects 1 as coordinator (EADIC Argenina Lot)
