DS is down: – beamline highly penalised  all detectors suffer – calibration at low rate only – problem is too high N2 contamination causing blockage when cooling – 3 months have passed: not acceptable TGT is skipping counts (1 out of 2?) – not clear the reason why – “solution” : reducing the tgt dipping rate seems to cure the problem (pay in term of statistics) – not acceptable Documentation Check – After some changes occurred in the last month we need it! – There has been some change in DAQ  Doc updated – There is some little change in OLMon  Linda promised to update Docs – LumiMon have no documentation – We can survive with it BUT We wish to operate a detector, test it, take data More “dramatically”: we could need to switch off a detector cause is catching fire and we have no idea how to do it... LogBook – We had a stop last Friday which lasted >24h. – Yagmur fixed it but it took some time between getting aware of it (time zone lag) and actually doing it – This is a “temporary solution” since October. I got a mail from B. Martlew and Daresbury is not responsible anymore. – Do we accept to leave it like this? Slew Rate Control for PS Units & Flow Meters – Waiting for new flow-meters to substitute old faulty flowmeters – Danfysik promised to give us the SW for SRC for free – Who’s going to install this SW and make it work?

3. past (<6/3/2010) We had two short runs – Monday 1/3: 1000 pulses Discovered temp. Anomaly in BPM-Large  switched off (wait for A. Bross coming this week) From OLMon discovered half TOF0 channels off  put them back ON with minicom Would be great to have it into EPICS and be advised some channels are OFF. Pierrick is working on it. Not clear the reason why they went OFF – Friday 5/3: 1000 pulses Gate set back to 3.2 ms (it was 6 ms) TGT missing beats investigated. Reason for it unclear. P. Smith believes DAQ problem... run at 1 pulse / 5s
