Fairtrade gives the suppliers a fair price And extra money goes to third world countries to build water wells etc.

Whenever we started learning about fairtrade every afternoon we had a big talk on different products. we talked about where they come from and what has to be done to get them to the shops.

In the taste test we tasted three different things, banana, orange juice and chocolate and we were blind folded For the duration every food we tasted there was a sample A and A sample B We had to say which sample we liked the best at the end we got told which was fairtrade and which was ordinary

1. Quality of oranges is important 2.The value of money 3.It is hard to live without money 4.What It feels like to be in debt 5. We learnt that fairtrade is better because it helps families in third world countries

We all think fairtrade is better because you could be saving a childs life in one of the third world countries

We checked online what fairtrade products Asda, Tesco, Marks & Spencer and Sainsburys sold and each group made a graph
