5 5 Technology Enhanced Culturally- Responsive (TEC) Intern Program For Secondary Special Educators In Urban Schools How is this different from the traditional CSUN intern program?

16 16 Seminars 1 st Semester: Classroom Mgt. and organization, rules, routines, student interests 2 nd Semester: Revise Classroom Mgt, IEP- Monitoring IEP goals, prepare for CSET 1 st Semester: Classroom Mgt. and organization, rules, routines, student interests 2 nd Semester: Revise Classroom Mgt, IEP- Monitoring IEP goals, prepare for CSET 3 rd Semester: Differentiated Instruction 4 th Semester: Video- tape and critique, professional growth project Semester planning and lesson planning are expectations througout the 4 semesters (Check to ensure they are keeping a lesson plan book; I expect a 7-step LP for my observations, it is your discretion whether you would like to require this)
