Goals and Objectives of the Project Were Reasonable Goal: Improve performance of the existing transportation system during peak and off-peak periods –Reduce travel time by 10% –Reduce corridor delay by 5% –Decrease stops by 5% –Implement a user friendly, reliable system –Utilize existing equipment
