12. Description County Line Road Project County Line Road, IRR 33 is currently in poor condition. A complete reconstruction would improve roadway safety, efficiency and have environmental benefits. Reconstruct 3.2 miles between US 26 to IRR 7, Mill Creek He He. The tribe plans to start the Survey & Design in the spring of 2005, with target for the PS&E to be completed May of 2006 for Construction to start in June or July of 2007.
