25 Bina Nusantara HO@0808 Sources of Revenue and Departmental Income Week 4 Generally, rooms departmental sales are the major source of the establishment’s total revenue F&B sales are the second principal sources Room department costs and expenses are lower than those of F&B department Therefore room department income is larger than F&B department income.
