Oxford Engine Emissions 10 th Jan 2007

Filter run

Lab air

Ratio is high, 94/6, but will try it

3 looks good with MCP = 2160, SI = 13.4. But AM now lower, 9.7e5

IE = 4.07e-7, still low and RIE is low….will try 2200V MCP, (Dp= 300nm)

MCP = 2200, different thres 2=97/3, 3= 87/13

No major diffs, no negatives, so stick with 2 Thres = 3 Thres = 2

Mcp = 2200, SI = 14, thres = 3

Nitrate run. Got some lab air for about 30 secs in the data

New IE = 4.99e-13

Ok, have tuned the HB, was at 37, nowat 38.8. AB has increased from 1.04e6 to 3.11e6. Have decided to drop the MCP back to 2160, AB about 2.7 now. Redoing cals

Thres = 3, MCP = 2160, SI = 13, bit low.

Thres = 3

Much better. IE = 1.1 e6

Thres = 2

Test 7, 90Nm, 1000RPM

Test 9, 1000rpm, 180Nm, dilution on 1.43

Test 12, 1000rpm, 90Nm, dilution at 0.8 2.5min aves.

Still test 12

The CPC after 45 mins spikes and jumps represent the addjustment to get torque back to 90Nm

Test 13, 1000rpm, 150Nm, bleed = 0.8
