Anticoagulant Education Because of the risk of serious harm to patients who receive anticoagulant therapy, the Joint Commission has made – “reducing the likelihood of patient harm associated with the use of anticoagulant therapy” one of its National Patient Safety Goals. You will not receive both the job code adjustment and the annual evaluation raise. You will receive which one of the two is greater. Non-Complaint / PIC Employees If you are currently above the minimum job code hourly rate and you are non-complaint or on PIC and you wish to get a raise then you will need to complete any items that have not been completed. Once completed then you will need to notify your respective charge nurse so they can notify Chris so pay increase can be made. If you are on PIC, then once you have come off of PIC then it is your responsibility to notify Chris that you have come off of PIC and a pay increase can be made. The raises will not be retroactive.
