13 Student comments (2007)  One of the best classes I have taken at BC. A great professor with a lot of knowledge.  Great reading, cases, and class exercises.  Great class!!! Made me think a lot about myself.  Prof. Harrington did a great job of tying all the material together. The readings, assignments, class exercises, and lectures together provided a tremendous framework for students to learn about organizational change.  Professor was able to synthesize / balance experience in business world with academic principles and knowledge.  Very articulate, knowledgeable, engaging. Made class fun with relevant exercises and anecdotes.

The professor led us through lively class discussions - material very applicable to my job.  Definitely one of my best classes. Made me want to take more classes with this professor and in the organization development field. I highly recommend him.  Professor is very personable and approachable.
