Three levels of social work practice methods
(1)Micro level practice 微視面
(2)Mezzo level practice 中介面
(3)Macro level practice 巨視面

5. micro level practice（微視）
傳送服務乃針對個別案主，以面對面、直接接觸所進行的社工服務，所以重視人與人之間的關係，互動的層面。

6. mezzo level practice（中介）
依據社會的價值與法令，在服務組織上，透過行政過程，使有效的傳遞服務

7. macro level practice（巨視）
從案主相關的其他人、團體和機構著手的社工服務，強調效率、權責估量、辯護、資源之開創、社會計劃、變遷、政策形成

社會個案工作是由個人入手的一種工作方法，運用與人類關係及個人發展有關的專業知識，以瞭解失調的個人，激發潛能，協助個人調整其與所處週遭環境的關係，運用社會資源，以改善個人生活與增進社會福利。

16. 生態系統模型 人在情境中(Person - in - Situation)的延展 棲息地(habitat)和生存空間(niche)概念
棲息地指人生活的環境,當棲息地有豐富的資源,而能提供有機體成長和發展所需,人就會逐漸繁殖和成長;反之社會功能受影響
生存空間是指人在社會扮演的地位和角色,個體須握有取得資源的機會,否則無法建立自己的生存空間
